PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize group travel in which a plurality of vehicles travel in a group while suppressing cost increase in infrastructure maintenance and vehicle.SOLUTION: A group travel management center 5 receives a reservation application from a communication terminal 8 by a user who wants to use group travel via the Internet 7. The group travel management center 5 and information center 4 set up a travel plan of group travel by adjusting the content of an application table so that a plurality of registered vehicles T can travel in a group from the registered content of the received application table. The information on the travel plan is notified to an on-vehicle unit 2 of the corresponding registered vehicle T via a roadside machine 3 provided at the departure point.
