PURPOSE: To increase work efficiency by storing a ball having a through channel and an interlocking hole to the inside of a ball storing room of a casing screwed to a cylinder member through the first and second elastic rings so that it is capable of turning.

CONSTITUTION: A grout hole value is constituted of a ball 14 boring a through channel 13 passing through the central part, a casing 15 storing the ball 14 in a ball storing room 20, the first elastic ring 16 loaded to the inside of the casing and the second elastic ring 17, a cover member 18 mounted to a lower opening section of the casing 15, etc. The valve 9 is mounted to a cylinder member 2 of a concrete segment 1, a wrench inserted from the opening section 24 of the casing 15 is fitted into an engaging hole 19 of the ball 14, and the ball 14 is turned to open and shut the through channel 13 to a cylinder section 21 and lower opening section of the casing 15. According to the constitution, work efficiency can be increased.
