Abstract:

To sufficiently manage the density of water glass while a reduction in cost of installation is contrived.

For example, for injection pipes 30, 30,... are prepared for one grout preparing facility composed of a water glass diluting tank 5 and a curing agent preparing tank 8 and an aqueous water glass solution G1 and a curing agent solution G2 are fed to the pipes 30, 30,... from grout force- transporting systems provided in a set for the tanks 5 and 8 and pipes 30, 30,.... One density meter 10 for water glass installed to a position before the pipes 30, 30,... are branched to injection pumps 20A-20D on the outlet sides of the tanks 5 and 8, one main arithmetic processor 51, and one generalized management device 53 which individually outputs solution feed starting and stopping signals to the corresponding injection pumps 20A-20D upon receiving injection work commands from the processor 51, receives signals from an injecting state individually recording section and the density meter 10, and gives the received signals to the processor 51 are provided.
