Abstract:
PURPOSE:To accurately scanning-move an arbitrary area by providing a means to detect a position relation with a parallel line when the title moving device passes through a target substance and moves along the parallel line which is separate by a prescribed distance. CONSTITUTION:A moving device main body 1 is positioned so that the center axis of an optical signal sample cylinder 2a may correspond to a straight line L0. Next a land mark M1 is handled from a land mark station S1, moved in the orthogonal direction to the straight line L0 by the lateral width length of the moving device main body 1, and reset. When the land mark M1 is handled, since the moving device main body 1 stands still, the land mark M1 is accurately set. When an arm 3 takes off the land mark M1, the main body 1 turns around a center point A0 by 180 deg., and then moves toward a land mark station S2 while progressing along the straight line L0.
