Abstract:

PURPOSE: To facilitate manufacture and to improve durability by forming two guide rods for set wheels extended horizontally and supporting a bearing casing receiving the axle of a railway carriage with metal plates having serrated sections at both ends and a plate spring-like composite fiber structural body.

CONSTITUTION: Set wheels 2 supported on the carriage frame of the bogie carriage of a track vehicle are supported via a pressing spring pair 8 acting between a roller bearing casing 6 and the carriage frame 4 and a vibration buffer 10 provided in parallel with the spring pair 8. The set wheels 2 are guided by two guide rods 12 (12.1, 12.2) for the set wheels 2 extended horizontally between the carriage frame 4 and the bearing casing 6. Each guide rod 12 is constituted of metal plates 32 provided with serrated sections 14 in the fastening regions and a composite fiber structural body 28 connecting the metal plates 32 into a plate spring shape, and the metal plates 32 are connected to the composite fiber structural body 28 via connecting sleeves 34, 38.
