Abstract:
To provide a gut clamper capable of further firmly clamping a tubular tissue such as a fallopian tube thicker than an intestinal tract.SOLUTION: A gut clamper comprises two rigid rod-like bodies each including a flexible belt body at one end thereof, the rod-like bodies with different lengths are connected at the other end thereof, and when the rod-like bodies are aligned in parallel, with the connected part used as a fulcrum, a position of a through-hole provided in a first belt body joined with the short rod-like body matches a tip of the long rod-like body, and when the second belt body joined with the long rod-like body is entirely inserted into the through hole. the tip of the long rod-like body is fitted into the through-hole and locked, so as to clamp tubular tissue between the two rod-like bodies. The gut clamper comprises a pair of spiral members with different winding directions on the respective-side peripheral surfaces of the rod-like bodies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
