Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Hadamard transformation processing method and device with highly precise transformation coefficients.
SOLUTION: This Hadamard transformation processing method comprises a rounding processing part for rounding-up each least significant bit of the odd-numbered data among four transformed data outputted by carrying out transformation processing by a Hadamard transformation matrix to each input signal by four four-point Hadamard transformation processing parts, and for rounding-down each least significant bit of the residual odd-numbered data, and for integrating those data into integers. Also, this Hadamard transformation processing method comprises a rounding processing part for transforming the odd-numbered input signals by inputting signals obtained by rounding-up the outputs of loss-less four-point Hadamard transformation processing part which is the same number as the odd-numbered input signals, and for transforming the residual odd-numbered input signals by inputting signals obtained by rounding-down the residual outputs of the loss-less four-point Hadamard transformation processing part to each four-point Hadamard transformation processing part, and for rounding-up each least significant bit of the odd-numbered outputted transformed data, and for rounding-down each least significant bit of the residual odd-numbered data, and for integrating those data into integers.
