To easily bind the hair to ponytail style or the like by providing a through passage on a hair band body, leading a tying cord to the outside through an outlet part, and providing a stopper on the led tying cord.

A hair band body 1 formed of a stretchable material has a through-passage in the inner part, and outlet parts 2 connecting to the through passage are provided in two positions so that a tying cord 3 is led out through each outlet part 2. A stopper is mounted on each exposed part of the tying cord 3 led to the outside so that it is prevented from being returned into the through passage of the hair band body 1. Thus, both the ends of the tying cord 3 protruded from each outlet part 2 are tied together, whereby the hair can be bound into ponytail style or the like.
