Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a hair care product having excellent brushing property, combing property, anti-static property, preventing property of dirt, and removing property of dirt.
CONSTITUTION: A hair brush or a comb is forced to contact a dispersed liquid including polytetrafluoroethylene particles and a surfactant to form a supporting layer of polytetrafluoroethylene particles and the surfactant by an osmotic method on the surface of the hair brush or the comb.
