The inner side holding plate 1 in a curved plate shape is provided with a lacked torus shaped holding part 13 on one end side, two locking holes 12 in a rectangular shape on the other end side and many shaft-like bodies 11 in a middle part respectively. Also, for the outer side holding plate 2 in the curved plate shape, belt-like bodies 20 symmetrical to the center line with intervals are connected with each other at the middle part with a connection body 21, a shaft part 23 is provided between the one-end sides of the belt-like bodies 20 and a locking part 22 provided with a pawl 22a is provided on the other end side. Then, the shaft part 23 of the outer side holding plate 2 is force-fitted to the holding part 13 through a lacked circular part, the hair is held between the inner side/outer side holding plates 1 and 2, the outer side holding plate 2 is pressed to the inner side holding plate 1 and the hair is clipped in a bundle state. Thus, the feeling of the stability at the time of clipping the hair is improved.
