To provide a hair dryer for adjusting temperature by mixing blown hot air with outside air.

The hair dryer includes: a heater 18 used as a heat source, a fan 20a, and a motor 19 for driving the fan in the inside; a body case 13 including a vent hole 21 provided at one end and an inlet 16 provided at the other end; and a nozzle 25 attached to the body case 13. The nozzle 25 is formed from a cylindrical body including a cavity 25e inside, and includes openings of which one is a blowout port 29 and the other is a connection port 30 connected to the vent hole of the body case 13. On an internal surface of the cylindrical body and an external surface corresponding to the internal surface, a groove portion 28 comprising a plurality of grooves is formed along a longitudinal direction of the cylindrical body.
