PURPOSE: To obtain a hair growing agent acting on hair root, having excellent effects on growth of hair, high safety and effects of hair rinse, containing tannin, total nitrogen, Mg and K.

CONSTITUTION: Tannin is blended with total nitrogen, Mg and K and prepared to give the objective hair growing agent. The hair growing agent makes the hair soft, combs the hair well, prevents static electricity, prevents the surface of the hair, excellently produces, grows and nourishes the hair, prevents falling hair and has effects of hair rinse free from irritation. When used, preferably scalp is lightly massaged by a brush of soft hair and the hair growing agent is applied to scalp of falling hair. Humid tetter will not occur even if person of atopic dermatitis or physical constitution of being liable to humid tetter uses the hair growing agent.
