PURPOSE: To secure the operability of a hair dressing tool even in the case where a nozzle is positioned at the tip of the main body, by extending an operating lever for reciprocating motion of the nozzle to the vicinity of a hand grip of the main body and arranging lever operating buttons to it using a tank with a spraying hole at the tip and a pumping device functioned by a reciprocal motion of the nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A tank 11 is set up in a detachable way at the tip side of the main body 9, and is provided with a nozzle 13 having a spraying hole 12, a pump device 14 which is operated by a reciprocating motion of the nozzle 13, and an operating lever 16 which is engaged with projections 15 provided at the side surface of the nozzle 13 to make the nozzle 13 perform the reciprocating motion, made extended to the vicinity of a hand grip 10 and formed integrally with an operating button 17 to be operated by fingers. Since the operating buttons 17 to operate the pumping device 14 can be arranged at the vicinity of the hand grip 10, positioning of the spraying hole 12 formed monolithically together with the nozzle 13 in the main body 9 can freely be set up, and the hair dressing tool can be operated comfortably within the permissible variation of finger length, while clasping the hand grip 10.
