Hair-tweezers 3 are attached at a position, where the hair- tweezers can be manipulated while supporting a strut 2 to become the handle of a compact mirror 1, on the strut 2. Then, the mirror is attached to the top end of the strut through a means 4 for freely changing the inclination angle of the mirror 1 so that the top ends of tweezers 3 and the part of idle hairs to be treated on the body can be observed while reflecting their images in the visual field of the user.
