To enable a hairdressing applying device top securely retrain dressing even of its viscosity is low and to make it easy to comb with by forming on the mount and/or the slab-shaped comb teeth dressing outlets extending from the dressing-distributing compartment inside the mount and by making the slab-shaped comb teeth shorter than the stick-shaped comb teeth.

A brush section 3 is composed of a mount 5, stuck-shaped comb teeth 6 and slab-shaped comb teeth 7 which are shorter than the stick-shaped comb teeth, and a dressing-distributing compartment 8 is fitted lengthwise inside the mount 5 which is hollow. The slab-shaped comb teeth are protruded lengthwise in the center of the mount 54, and the stick-shaped comb teeth 6 are projected along each side of the row of the slab-shaped comb teeth 7 and also at the front and the back encircling them. Ducts 11 extending from the dressing- distributing compartment 8 and dressing outlets 12 are formed on the slab-shaped comb teeth 7, with the dressing thereby distributed to the respective slab-shaped comb teeth to reach the outlets. As a result, the dressing is spread over the surface of the slab-shaped comb teeth and is securely retained there even if its viscosity is low.
