Abstract:
To provide freshly designed HANAOSHOES having a thong attached to sneakers so that as great an interest as possible can be taken in the good old traditions of Kyoto, fading among young people.SOLUTION: HANAO-SHOES are characterized as follows: a hole 1 is made in the center of a tip part of each of sneakers; a thong 2 is inserted and bonded with an adhesive; slits 3 are formed in both side surfaces of each of the sneakers, respectively; a rear part of the thong 2 is inserted thereinto; the rear part of the thong 2 has a string bonded with the adhesive under an inner sole; and subsequently, the inner sole is bonded and fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
