To restrain a disinfecting liquid in a non-atomized state from being jetted.
A hand disinfection apparatus includes: a gas flow passage 33 where pressurized gas flows; a disinfecting liquid flow passage 34 connected to a container 51 for storing the disinfecting liquid; a two-liquid nozzle 1 connected to the gas flow passage 33 and the disinfecting liquid flow passage 34; a sensor for sensing a hand; a compressor 52 arranged in the gas flow passage 33; a solenoid valve 53 arranged in a part between the compressor 52 and the two-liquid nozzle 1 in the air flow passage; and a controller for opening the solenoid valve 53 in response to sensing of the hand by the sensor and also starting the compressor 52. When the hand is not sensed by the sensor, the controller operates the compressor 52 in a state where the solenoid valve 53 is closed, so that atmospheric pressure inside the gas flow passage 33 becomes equal to or higher than a prescribed value.
