To provide a hand-dryer capable of drying a hand without spreading to the outside, bacteria and viruses adhering to the hand.SOLUTION: A hand-dryer 1 for drying a hand with a wind has: a cylindrical hand insertion part 10 capable of inserting a hand to a cylindrical axial direction; a blow-out part 20 including a blower 21 for generating a swirling airflow by blowing out a wind in a cylindrical circumferential direction into the hand insertion part 10 from a cylindrical wall part 11 of the hand insertion part 10; and a suction part 30 including a Sirocco fan 32 for changing the swirling airflow into a vortex airflow sucked to the cylindrical bottom side by applying suction force from the cylindrical bottom side into the hand insertion part 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
