In a ary blow, an impact plunger 4 and an impact member 5 are set in a ary blow position to evacuate the air spring 1 to the atmosphere via a vent groove 9 controllable on a valve opening 8 and extending axially outside the guide cylinder 2. The vent groove 9 extends from an axial region of the air spring 1 to an axial region of the impact member, and the valve opening for evacuating the air spring is closable by the impact member 5 in an operating position.
