To improve the operability by automatically scattering the 'saw dust' stacked at the cut point of a saw blade when a saw blade plate is pulled and pushed to cut a timber in a hand saw having an operating handgrip at the rear of the plate interlocked to the blade at the edge of a band-like thin steel plate.

A slender tubular-shaped air pump 10 is provided in a handgrip 3. The air hose 11 of the pump 10 is drawn to a saw blade plate 2, and an air nozzle 12 of the end of the hose 11 is set near a saw blade 4, and the lower half part of the handgrip 3 is formed at the elastic handgrip 8 exposed at the elastic film 9 of the pump 10. The handgrip 8 is elastically compressed by the gripping force of the hand which grips and pushes and pulls the handgrip 3 to operate the pump 10, thereby scattering the 'saw dust 20' stacked at the cut point of the blade 4 by the injection air 15 from the nozzle 12.
