A configuration of fitting at least one point (a fitting bracket 42) of a handlebar switch to a fitting stay 47 connected to the handlebar 4 is employed as a fitting structure of the handlebar switch of a motorcycle having the handlebar switch fitted to a handlebar cover 7 to cover the handlebar 4 to the handlebar cover 7. By fitting at least one point of the handlebar switch to the highly rigid, for example, sheet-metal fitting stay 47, the supporting rigidity of the handlebar switch is enhanced to prevent the deformation thereof, a high rigid feeling is obtained when operating the switch to enhance the operation feeling, the handlebar switch is properly fitted to the handlebar cover 7 when operating the switch, and high appearance qualities of the handlebar switch and the handlebar cover 7 are thereby ensured.
