PURPOSE: To adjust a gripping position of handle to body constitution and working condition of operator by mutually joining an inserting member at the base side and an inserting member at the tip side at a controllable distance (between both the members) by a screw type connecting material and mutually opposing both the members through a slanting part.

CONSTITUTION: When a bolt 40 is rotated against a nut 38 to increase distance between a cylindrical member 28 at the base side and a cylindrical member 30 at the tip side, gap is produced between slanting faces 32 and 34 of the cylindrical member 28 at the base side and the cylindrical member 30 at the tip side. The maximum diameter of the connected material of the cylindrical members 28 and 30 is reduced and made less than the inner diameter of a main body 24 of a pipy handle at the tip part 26. Consequently, the connected material of the cylindrical member 28 at the base side and the cylindrical member 30 at the tip side is slid in the tip part 26 in the direction of center line. Therefore, a gripping position of handle can be adjusted to working condition, etc.
