To easily fit a handle cover to a handle using a tab and fix the cover at folding it using the tab by providing the tab on one end of the handle cover, and providing locking members on both sides of the tab.

At fitting a handle cover 1 to a handle A, at first a tab 3 is arranged according to information, and then the handle A is covered with the handle cover 1. Thereafter the tab 3 together with the upper edge of the handle cover 1 are folded in the back of the handle A, and a fastener tape male 4 and a first fastener tape female 5 are stuck to each other. In this way the handle cover 1 can be fitted to the frame (a) of the handle A extremely simply, and the handle A can be protected from the solar radiation and prevented from being overheated. Further by constituting this cover so that the first fastener tape female 5 is fitted onto the main body 2 side of the tab 3, when the extreme end side of the tab 3 is held and pulled, the engagement can be easily released.
