To provide a handle weight mounting structure which can suppress vibrations of both a handle and a switch box.SOLUTION: In a handle weight mounting structure 44, a handle weight 22 is supported on a handle pipe 18 through three or more rubber parts 46, 48 and 50, inside the handle pipe 18. A switch box 24 is arranged inside in the vehicle width direction of a grip part 20, in the handle pipe 18.
