In a case where a hands-free speech function is in an intra-cab sound emitting state (step S20), a portable telephone set 6 of a communicating party is notified about information that the hands-free speech function is in the intra-cab sound emitting state (step S30), and a speech with the communicating party is started thereafter (step S50).
