PURPOSE: To secure the engagement between a chain and a hanger by regulating the swing of the hanger, in a hanger conveyor system.

CONSTITUTION: A swing regulating member 85 which extends along a rail 25 is installed, and the projection member 86 of a hanger 8 which crosses at right angle in the extension direction of the rail 25 is regulated by the swing regulating member 85, and the upward shift of the hanger 8 is prevented, and the engegement between the engagement teeth of the engagement disc 52 of the hanger 8 and a chain 28 is prevented from being slipped off.
