PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger device, which can be used smoothly in case of the transport or building of a block for a side ditch with a slit and by which the safety of lifting works is maintained and the efficiency of the lifting works is improved. SOLUTION: The hanger device is constituted by installing a pair of hanging members 11 with upper-wall engaging pieces engaged with the upper wall of a hollow path, supporting pieces 7 extended in the approximately vertical upper direction while being continued to the upper-wall engaging pieces, connecting pieces 8 bent from the front end sections of the supporting pieces 7 to the same direction as the upper-wall engaging pieces, on-setting positioning sections mounted while being bulged in the opposite direction to the connecting pieces at the front end sections of the supporting pieces and axial supporting sections 10 secured at the front end sections of the connecting pieces and a rocking member with a rocking member body being fitted between a pair of the hanging members and having a rotary section rotatably supported by the axial supporting sections and an upward tensile section set up at a front end section and an on-lifting positioning section extended to the oblique lower side from the side section of the rocking member body and abutted against one-side interior wall of the slit while passing between the supporting pieces for the hanging members.
