In this cemented carbide member coated with a hard film, the cemented carbide member includes an A layer having a composition composed of Co content of 1 to 20 wt%, Cr content of 0.2 to 2 wt%, and the remainder of WC and inevitable impurity, the mean particle diameter of WC is 0.8 μm or less, the hardness is HRA93.0 or more, and the hard film coated in at least one or more layers has the composition: (AlxCr1-x-ySiy)(N1-α-β-γBαCβOγ), wherein x, y, α, β and γ respectively indicate atomic proportion, 0.45<X<0.75, 0≤y<0.2, 0≤α<0.12, 0≤β<0.2, and 0≤γ<0.25.
