The control part 3 stores true hard money in a storage cylinder 12 and returns false hard money by opening a distributing gate so as to drop it to a holding cylinder. The hard money 13 stored in the storage cylinder 12 is discharged from a discharging part 14 to the carton 10 placed on the table 15. Since this table 15 is moved forth and back along a guide shaft 18 by the forward or the backward rotation of a roller 17 fitted to the drive shaft of a motor 16, the carton 10 can be drawn out.
