Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition capable of making a cured product excellent in workability and in storage stability and having high curing rate with an active energy ray, also excellent in transparency, and in mechanical properties such as strength.SOLUTION: A resin composition comprises a modified liquid diene-based rubber (A), a (meth)acrylate monomer (B), and an active energy ray polymerization initiator (C), where the mass ratio [(A)/(B)] of the modified liquid diene-based rubber (A) to the (meth)acrylate monomer (B) is 0.01 to 100, the active energy ray polymerization initiator (C) is 0.1 to 20 pts.mass relative to the total 100 pts.mass of the modified liquid diene-based rubber (A) and the (meth)acrylate monomer (B), and the modified liquid diene-based rubber (A) satisfies the following requirements (I) to (III). (I) The melt viscosity of the modified liquid diene-based rubber (A) is in the range of 0.1 to 3,000 Pa s as measured at 38°C. (II) The maximum peak molecular weight (Mt) is in the range of 3,000 to 120,000 in measuring with a gel permeation chromatography (GPC), and when the total area from a polymer of the obtained GPC chromatogram is 100%, the ratio of a polymer in a region having a molecular weight of Mt×1.45 or more is 0 to 20%. (III) The modified liquid diene-based rubber (A) is obtained by adding a modified compound to a liquid diene-based rubber (A'), and the addition reaction rate of the modified compound is 40 to 100 mol%.
