Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harness excessive-length absorbing tool with a novel structure that can vary an excessive length of a wire harness in a plurality of stages within a more detailed range as compared with work in which the wire harness is bundled so as to easily perform varying work for excessive length.SOLUTION: A harness excessive-length absorption tool comprises: a rotary support member 40 having an engagement part 50 engaging a wire harness 18 and a positioning projection part 52, a guide hole 58 in which the positioning part 52 of the rotary support member 40 is fitted and moved, and a plurality of elastically deformable engagement projections 60 engaging the positioning projection part 52 of the rotary support member 40. A plurality of engagement projections 60 are projected on an inner surface of the guide hole 58, the rotary support member 40 is rotated as the wire harness 18 is drawn out of a draw-out part 26, and then an engagement projection 60 pressed by the positioning projection part 52 as the rotary support member 40 rotates elastically deforms to allow the rotary support member to be engaged with another engagement projection 60 to be temporarily fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
