PURPOSE: To provide a hat frame for sewing machine enabling embroidering and sewing also on the front part and right and left both side part of a hat.

CONSTITUTION: In this hat frame apparatus equipped with a guide shaft, a base frame 30, a rotating frame 40 and a hat frame, a guide plate 70 for protruding into a hat protruding to forward direction than the rotation frame 40 and guiding the hat is fixably provided on a base frame 30 and a curved plate part 71 constituting at least the upper face side part and a pair of right and left side plate parts 72 and 73 smoothly continuously extending from right and left both end parts of the curved plate part 71 downward are provided in the guide plate 70, and a slit 74 facing to longitudinal direction for passing needle for sewing machine therein is provided. Thereby, the front part and left side or right side of the hat can be embroidered and sewn in a state guided and supported by the curved plate part 71 of the guide plate 70.
