PURPOSE: To illuminate the forward area of a car surely for safety when it travels at corners and curves by providing right and left head lamp rotating devices to rotate the right and left head lamps according to the rotating direction of a steering wheel.

CONSTITUTION: Right and left head lamps for illuminating the forward of a car which are mounted rotatably in right and left directions and right and left head lamp rotating devices 6 and 6A to rotate the right and left head lamps according to the rotating direction of a steering wheel 7 are provided on the body of a car 2 at the forward right and left sides, respectively. Accordingly, when the car travels at curves or corners, the steering wheel 7 is rotated clockwise and counterclockwise to operate the head lamp rotating devices 6 and 6A and rotate the head lamps in the direction that the steering wheel is rotated for illumination. Thus the forward traveling area of the car is illuminated for safe operation.
