Abstract:

To prevent a sound generated nearby an ear, as a front arm moves, from being heard as an ear-offensive sound for the user.

The head-mounted display device equipped with a rear arm 10 having headphone parts 15 and 16 mounted on the head, the front arm 20 supported movably on the rear arm 10, a video display part 30 which is provided to the front arm 20 and arranged in front of the eyes, and a support part driving system for moving the front arm 20 in a prescribed direction is provided with a noise canceler circuit 45 which generates a sound opposite in phase to the phase of a movement sound generated when the front arm 20 moves to reduce the movement sound.
