On the care center 3 side, vital information on the employee 1 transferred to the remote place is received and stored, and medical examination information and health guidance information based on the vital information, provided from a hospital 4 and a nurse station 5, are acquired and transmitted based on a request from the employee 1. On the employee 1 side, the medical examination information and health guidance information are received and outputted, and location information on the employee 1 is acquired. When emergency information that the employee 1 is in a state of emergency is inputted, the location information together with the emergency information is transmitted to the health center 3, and the emergency information together with the location information is automatically sent to an emergency address shown in emergency address information.
