A plurality of meal menus good for health corresponding to the personal data(age, sex, height, weight or the like) of a user preliminarily inputted to a storage means are selected from standard menus being standard meals, and displayed at a display part. When the user's desired meal menu selected and taken from among the meal menus good for health displayed at the display part is inputted to the storage means, the amounts of nutritional components (the calorific values, the amounts of several nutrients or the like) contained in the user's taken desired meal menu are stored in the storage means as the amounts of ingested nutritional components.
