Abstract:
To provide a heat conductive sheet having a high sheet strength in a main in-plane direction Y (direction matching lamination direction of laminate).SOLUTION: A heat conductive sheet contains a resin and a particulate filler, in which the particulate filler is oriented in a thickness direction, both a sheet strength in a main in-plane direction X at which heat conductivity is highest when heat conductivity of a main surface of the heat conductive sheet is measured and a sheet strength in the main in-plane direction Y perpendicular to the main in-plane direction X are 0.8 MPa or more, and a ratio (sheet strength in main in-plane direction X/sheet strength in main in-plane direction Y) of the sheet strength in the main in-plane direction X to the sheet strength in the main in-plane direction Y is 2.3 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
