Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger excellent in corrosion resistance, capable of sufficiently withstanding use even under an acid atmosphere.
SOLUTION: In this heat exchanger, an aluminum tube 2 and a fin 3, composed of an aluminum brazing sheet prepared by cladding both sides of a core material with cladding material, are arranged alternately and brazed integrally. At this time, a Zn thermally sprayed layer is formed on the tube 2, and the cladding material of the brazing sheet 3 is composed of an Al alloy brazing filler metal having a composition consisting of, by weight, 3-15% Si, 0.5-2.0% Zn, and the balance Al with impurities, and further, the tube 2 and the fin 3 are brazed by using a fluoride type flux.
