Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of erosion of an outer fin 3 in a radiator 1.SOLUTION: In a brazing process in a manufacturing method of a radiator 1, brazing filler metal layers 28a, 28b are melted by heating after a temporal assembling process, and two tubes 2 and an outer fin 3 are brazed and joined by using the melted brazing filler metal layers 28a, 28b. A clearance 29 is formed between the brazing filler metal layers 28a, 28b. Thus flowing of the brazing filler metal layer at a top side in a vertical direction, of the brazing filler metal layers 28a, 28b, to a ground side in the vertical direction is suppressed. Thus the brazing filler metal is hardly collected to the ground side in the vertical direction, and occurrence of the erosion on the outer fin 3 can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
