A heat exchanger using a laminated material is capable of fixing an inlet/outlet member in a stable state. The present utility model is provided with an outer bag (3) formed in a bag-like shape from an outer laminate (30) in which a coating layer (32) is provided on a heat transfer layer (31), and a heat medium is caused to flow into and out of the outer bag (3) via an inlet/outlet (35) that penetrates the outer laminate (30). The present utility model is provided with: a first inlet/outlet member (1) provided with a flange section (12) having a higher strength than an outer cladding laminateat one end of a cylindrical through-cylinder section (11); and a second inlet/outlet member (2) provided with a flange section (22) having a higher strength than the outer cladding laminate. The second entrance/exit member (2) is disposed on one surface side of the outer cladding laminate (30). The first entrance/exit member (1) is disposed on the other surface side. The two inlet/outlet members (1, 2) are coupled to each other such that the two inlet/outlet members (1, 2) are affixed to the outer bag (3) in a state in which the two flange sections (12, 22) sandwich the inlet/outlet peripheraledge of the outer laminate (30) therebetween, by penetrating the cylindrical section (11) through the center holes of the inlet/outlet (35) and the second inlet/outlet member (2).
