Title:
HEAT INSULATING AND WATERPROOFING CONSTRUCTION WORK FOR ROOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3183553
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent a surface member from being separated from a foam plate in a heat insulating board formed by covering both surfaces of the foam plate with the surface members, by drilling holes reaching the inside of the foam plate to release the gas generated in the inside of the plate to the outside.
CONSTITUTION: Surface members 12 are stuck to both surfaces of a foam plate 11 to form a heat insulating board 1, and 0.03mm or larger opening-diameter holes H reaching the inside of the foam plate 11 from outside of the surface members 12 are drilled at a density of one hole or more/100cm2. Then, the underside of the heat insulating board 1 is coated with an asphalt layer 3 to be laid on a concrete 2, and an asphalt layer 4 and a waterproof sheet 5 are stuck to the upper surface of the heat insulating board 1. When the heat insulating board 1 touches the high temperature asphalt, gas is generated inside of the foam plate 11, but the gas is released to the outside through the drilled holes H serving as the passages from the heat insulating board 1. Thus, separation of the surface member from the foam plate can be further prevented.
