Title:
HEAT RESISTANT MEMBER AND ITS PRODUCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11293442
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent the formation of coarse cell like structure caused by discontinuous agglomeration reaction on the surface of a base by coating a base material consisting essentially of at least one or more kinds of Ni, Co and Fe with a heat resistant member, heat-treating to incorporate a spherical and cuboid deposit in the base material in equal to or above a specific ratio and to incorporate a cell like deposit at a specific zone on the surface of the base material.

The heat resistant member is formed by coating the blast treated surface of the base material consisting essentially of at least one or more kinds of Ni, Co and fed with a metallic coating layer consisting essentially of one or more kinds of Ni and Co and containing Cr and Al by a melt spraying method or the like. After being previously heat-treated in vacuum, an Ar atmosphere or a He atmosphere, the heat resistant member is aged by heating for both of the tempering of the base material and the densifying of the metallic coating layer. As a result, ≥30 vol.% spherical or cuboid deposit phase is deposited at 300 K and contained in the base material and ≤20 vol.% cell like deposit is contained in a 30 μm thick zone from the surface toward the inside of the base material.
