Title:
HEAT RESISTING ENDLESS BELT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6036211
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve resistance to heat and separableness from a heat resisting and sealed object or the like by forming an endless belt by means of a basal cloth, seamless and cylindrical, made of heat resisting thread which is sintered after being soaked in or coated with fluororesin.

CONSTITUTION: An endless belt 1 is made of a basal cloth 3, seamless and cylindrical, formed by heat resisting thread 2 which is sintered after being soaked in or coated with fluororesin. At this time, the seamless and cylinder- like basal cloth 3 is fomed by means of double weaving, circular knitting or the like. Further, thread made of carbon fiber or the like is used as the heat resisting thread 2, while ethylene tetrafluoride and the like are used as fluororesin. Thus, even in case of double weaving for the heat resisting thread 2, breakage of the thread due to kinking does not occur and the perfectly cylinder-shaped basal cloth 3 can be obtained. Accordingly, this endless belt 1 has no seam on the belt face, and such a problem as deficiency of the seal or the like due to the seam does not come up.
