Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a heat-sensitive recording device which can cut a recording paper in a manner of forming an image printed on the recording paper of given length.

CONSTITUTION: A device comprises a heat-sensitive head 11 for recording and printing on a rolled recording paper, a platen roller 12 for feeding the recording paper while recording and printing are carried out by pressing and rolling the printing paper to the heat-sensitive head for recording and printing, a step motor 13 for rotating the platen roller and a cutter 14 for cutting the recording paper fed by the platen roller are provided. A control means for controlling the rotation of the step motor by the number of steps equivalent to the preset recording paper length at the record printing and the cutting of the recording paper at the time of completing the rotation of the step motor is provided.
