Abstract:

To improve the surface smoothness, stretching workability or the like by adding a specified amount of a strontium/aluminum composite oxide light-accumulative pigment with a specific grain dia. to one or more intermediate layers of a three or more-tier thermoplastic resin laminated film.

A film is formed by laminating three or more layers of a thermoplastic resin constituted of one or more kinds of resin such as styrene or a polyester, and 10-50 wt.% light-accumulative pigment of a strontium/aluminum composite oxide are added to one or more intermediate layers. The overall thickness of the laminated film is specified so that the film shows a superb afterglow brightness and the intermediate layer containing a blended light- accumulative pigment is not so thin as to deteriorate the stretching workability. The light-accumulative pigment has a mother crystal of SrAl2O4 or Sr4Al14O25 and 10-30 μm average grain dia. when Eu or Dy is added. Further the afterglow brightness is upgraded by forming a white ink solid printing layer and a metallic vapor deposition layer on the back lateral face of the laminated film. Thus it is possible to improve the surface smoothness, stretching workability and printability as well as eliminate the print omission.
