Abstract:
To provide a heat shrinkable tube which reduces surface staining of a thin soft tube and dissolves defective drawing of the tube and, at the same time, facilitates the insertion of core material with an automatic machine.
This heat shrinkable tube manufacturing method comprises: a heating process of heating a tube in which resin material is at least partially cross-linked to a temperature of fusion temperature of the resin material or higher; an extension process of preliminarily cooling the tube when the tube is extended up to 60 to 90% of predetermined inner diameter and, thereafter, extending the tube up to the predetermined inner diameter; and a cooling process of cooling the extended tube.
