PURPOSE: To provide a heat sticking device for a calender of favorable workability by composing a pressure plate to face a filed part of a sheet lamination body on which heat-fusing agent is applied to be freely changeable to a heat block, and forming a coating layer having favorable peeling property on a surface of the sheet lamination body on a counter surface to the filed part.

CONSTITUTION: A heat sticking device is composed of an upper fixed head 14 provided with a pressure applying block 80 as a heat die part 8a and a pressure applying plate 1a in a lower surface, a lower movable head 16 provided with the pressure applying block 80 as the heat die part and a pressure applying plate 1b in an upper surface, the pressure applying plates 1a, 1b fixed on the heat blocks 80, 80 installed on the fixed head 14 and the movable head 16, and an elevation drive device for the movable head 16. The pressure applying plates 1a, 1b are each coated with a fluororesin coating layer 10, they have favorable separation property, and they can be freely exchanged by loosening installation bolts of clamp plates 81, 82 on wall surfaces at the front and back of the heat blocks 80.
