PURPOSE: To carry out the stress relieving and the material improvement for the welded joint without causing the SR-crack, by holding the entire welded joint at a specified heat treating temperature, after once heating the portion except the weld zone of the the welded joint consisting of a low-alloy steel and dissmilar metal, and then, cooling down again to the normal temperature.
