PURPOSE: To shrink the volume of a jacket chamber by providing many airtight holes on the thick portion of a tube body and using these holes as the jacket chamber.
CONSTITUTION: Multiple holes 2 are aligned and formed in the peripheral direction of a tube body on the thick portion of a container main body 1. A liquid storage section 3 communicated to the holes 2 is provided below the holes 2, a heat medium 4 with gas-liquid two phases is sealed in the liquid storage section 3. The upper end opening section of the holes 2 is hermetically closed with a closing plate 5. The holes 2 thereby serves as a jacket chamber, the volume can be shrunk without decreasing the area of the wall face, this container can be formed into a structure not subject to the legal restriction as a pressure container.
