To provide a heating cooker and a heating cooking system in which when an unusable numerical value is entered, the setting is performed using a usable numerical value before or after the unusable value, so that a user does not worry about inputting a heating condition and user's convenience is not deteriorated.SOLUTION: A heating cooker system includes a heating cooker including a heating unit and a communication unit that communicates with an external communication device, an external communication device, and a controller. There are provided a first numerical value N1 that can be input and set as a heating condition, and a second numerical value N2 that can be input and set as the next largest value to the first numerical value N1 are provided, and furthermore there are provided a plurality of numerical values between the first numerical value N1 and the second numerical value N2, which can be input, but cannot be set. When the numerical value of a heating condition of the heating unit which is inputted from the external communication device is one of the plurality of numerical values that can be input, but cannot be set, the controller sets the numerical value of the heating condition of the heating unit as the first numerical value N1, and transmits it to the communication unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 22
